PROJECT SUMMARY VIDEO:

  •
Caza Gold controls 16,209 Hectares in the Moris and La Cienega Districts of the prolific Sierra Madre Gold Belt.
  •
Three Project areas with low grade gold, bulk tonnage quartz stock-work, disseminated and vein targets.
  •
Balleza-La Cienega area hosts gold-mineralized dikes, veins, and stock-works over 7 km trend. Target is low grade, open pit stockwork deposit.
  •
Tecolote area hosts gold-mineralized veins and silicified zones over 2.5 km trend.
  •
Moris Mine area (Hochschild-25,000 ozs Au per year) hosts possible extensions of mine ore-bearing structures.

Moris District, Chihuahua - Caza Gold's "Moris" gold projects(16,209 hectares) are located in the Moris district of western Chihuahua State, Mexico about 250 kilometers west of Chihuahua City.  The Moris area is in the heart of the Sierra Madre Gold Belt.  Seven major gold deposits occur within this 250 km stretch of the volcanic belt and more than 30 million ounces of gold and 200 million ounces of silver are planned for production from several gold-silver epithermal deposits, including Moris (Hochschild), Ocampo (Gammon Lake), Pinos Altos (Agnico Eagle) and Dolores (Minefinders) mines.  The Moris Mine adjoins Caza's Moris Project and the Ocampo Mine is located 10 km to the east of the Caza concession.  Several styles of mineralization occur in this part of the belt and provide proven and tested exploration models for additional discoveries in the immediate area.  Caza controls several prospective mineralized zones within the Moris District including possible extensions to the Moris mine and both recent and historic gold prospects in the Tecolote and Balleza-La Cienega sub-districts.  Gold and silver mineralization consists of low sulfidation epithermal vein and breccia bodies and includes the potential for the discovery of low tonnage high grade veins as well as bulk tonnage low grade deposits.

Project access is by paved and all-weather gravel roads from Chihuahua City. The town of Moris has good infrastructure and is serviced by a 1,500 foot airstrip.

Moris District:  Several bulk tonnage gold targets - minimal past drilling

  •
Caza Gold has an option to purchase a 100% interest in the Moris District Projects and will control 16,209 Ha. in the prolific Sierra Madre Gold Belt.
  •
Three separate project areas are controlled by Caza within the Moris district and each has the potential to host low grade bulk tonnage gold targets and high grade vein targets.
1.

Balleza-La Cienega Area:  Hosts gold-mineralized dikes, veins, vein stock-works, and multiple historic small mines over a 7 km trend.  Target is low grade, open pit stockwork deposit.

    •

one hole drilled into dike - intersected 0.53 gpt Au over 62.4m

two dike outcrops samples, 180 meters apart, returned 1.72 gpt over 15m and 1.75 gpt over 16.5m - target can be traced over 550 meters and is open along strike and down dip

2. Tecolote Area:  Multiple Gold-bearing and silicified zones occupy mineralized structures 2.5 Km long

Three holes tested 250 meters of strike length

HMT-1 intersected 1.05 gpt Au over 17m

HMT-2 intersected 1.13 gpt Au over 4.5 m

HMT-3 intersected 0.89 gpt Au over 16.65 m

Mineralization open along strike and down dip

3.

Moris Extension:  Concessions surrounding Hochschild's Moris Mine host possible extensions of the mine's ore-bearing structures.  The Moris Mine has exploited the Santa Maria vein over a strike length of approximately 1,300 meters.  The vein system disappears under cover to the south of the open pit and minimal efforts have been made to explore for vein extensions under cover.
